Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation, you can cancel product(s) only within 24 hours of order placement. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you.

Karma Ayurveda is entitled to charge either a nominal cancellation fee or the wholesome order value. Charges may apply on subsequent orders in case of complete/part cancellation because significant operational effort is involved by merchants and delivery contractors in placing your order.

However, we are liable not to charge any fee if there is a mismatch in service response by delivery contractors or merchants, or if service is not delivered properly.

We are committed to you in case of service unavailability. Sometimes services get delayed due to natural calamities or genuine reasons. In that case, you shall be refunded based on our refund policy. Kindly read our refund policies before placing an order.

Karma Ayurveda may cancel services in the following scenarios:

• If the service is unavailable.
• If we are unable to contact you via phone or email at the time of order placement.
• Improper address details, directions, or authorization provided by you at the time of order placement.

Refunds

Those who prepay for services via online payment methods are eligible for refunds. Refund is also eligible in the following cases:

• Your preferred location is not under our serviceable zone.
• Our failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of order confirmation.
• Cancellation by you due to trainers' or dieticians' unavailability at the time of booking.

Karma Ayurveda holds the sole right to issue refunds, and our decision shall be final.

Upon refund approval, the credited amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
