GRF, Glomerular Filtration Rate is a simple test to examine how well your kidneys are functioning. Kidneys or renal are bound to purify your blood by excreting the wastes through your urine.

When your GFR level is below 60, that indicates your kidney is not healthy.

When your GFR level is low, and at the same time your creatinine level is more than 1.2, which means your kidneys are unhealthy.

According to Allopathy, it is a cumbersome process to decrease and increase the creatinine and GFR levels. But in this post, we shared an experience of a kidney patient who took Ayurvedic treatment and increased and decreased his low GFR and high creatinine levels.

Problem – Left and right kidney GFR levels decreased to 12 and 18 mL/min, respectively. Also, the creatinine level increased to 1.79mg/dL.

1n 1998, Mr. Bisht underwent a kidney surgery due to which every six months, he needs to go for the renal scan. When he last took the renal scan, then he got to know that his creatinine level was increased, and the GFR level was very low. Instead of going for any artificial treatment, Mr. Bisht visited Karma Ayurveda and took Ayurvedic medicine from Dr. Puneet Dhawan.

Through Ayurvedic medications and a renal diet plan, Mr. Bisht’s left, and right kidneys’ GFR levels reduced to 12.5 and 21.5 mL/min, respectively. Along with that, his increased creatinine level also decreased to 1.56 mg/dL.

To get rid of your sort of kidney disease and to rejuvenate your kidneys function, you only need to focus on what you are consuming, and what treatment you are taking. Ayurveda is a way through which you can bid farewell to kidney disease forever. Dr. Puneet Dhawan not only works to suppress the symptoms of the illness but also eradicates the root causes linked with the disease. That is why, nowadays, kidney survivors prefer to take Ayurvedic treatment, instead of Allopathy.

The purpose of this post is to disseminate the importance of taking Ayurvedic medications and a healthy diet. If you or anyone in your family has a kidney-related problem, then consult Dr. Puneet Dhawan at Karma Ayurveda.
